Big News!

2: Here is an AWESOME review we received from Gothtronic, a Belgian music site.

FROM SITE:

Information Society makes synthpop with a strong 80ââ?¬â?¢s influence, as can be heard in uptempo songs like ââ?¬Ë?Baby Just Wantsââ?¬â?¢, ââ?¬Ë?I Love it Whenââ?¬Â¦Ã¢â?¬â?¢ and ââ?¬Ë?I Like the Way You Werk Itââ?¬â?¢. Information Society however doesnââ?¬â?¢t stay away from playing with modern sounds and rhythms too, so the music on Synthesizer should appeal to fans of modern electropop like Mesh or De/Vision as well. ââ?¬Ë?More to Thisââ?¬â?¢ and ââ?¬Ë?This way Tonightââ?¬â?¢ contain phat rhythms that come straight from R ââ?¬Ë?n B music and this results in very fresh sounding danceable tunes. Also ââ?¬Ë?Somnambulisticââ?¬â?¢ is a strong track and the vocals in ââ?¬Ë?Burning Bridgesââ?¬â?¢ somehow remind strongly of those of The Cruxshadows.. Musicwise it however is fully Information Society with itââ?¬â?¢s synthetic electropop.

i’m quite sure that you are going to drown in great reviews – this disc has become insidiously relevant to my life through the catchy music and amazing lyrics… it makes me walk down the halls of my head, examining past and present memories, and i am very sure that it’s destined to become one of my desert island discs.

i can’t thank everyone involved enough – i haven’t been this happy with a full-album purchase in a time outside my recent memory.
